Update applications

The user’s iPhone applications can be updated via the computer, using the iTunes program, and all applications can update, or a specific application can select to edit it via iTunes by following the following steps:

  • Open iTunes on the user’s computer.
  • Connect the iPhone device to the computer using the iPhone USB charger connection.
  • I was clicking the “Apps” option in the iTunes program.
  • Clicking on the “Updates Available” option, this option will be visible only if there are applications that need updating on the user’s phone.
  • It was clicking the Download All Free Updates button to start updating all applications at once. It is possible to update a specific application without the rest of the applications by clicking on the “Get Update” button next to the application to be updated.
  • Click on the name of the iPhone in the iTunes program.
  • Click the Sync button to transfer updates made on iTunes to your iPhone.

 

Update iPhone applications via settings

Here are the steps to update the iPhone applications by using the Settings menu on the device:

  • Open the Settings menu on the iPhone phone.
  • Click on the device’s username (Name).
  • Click on the iTunes & App Store option.
  • Activate the automatic application update option (Apps) to download any available application update and install it automatically on the device.

 

Automatically update Android applications.

The following are the steps to auto-update the apps installed on an Android device:

  • Open the Google Play app store on the device.
  • Click on the three lines icon on the store screen.
  • Click on the “Settings” option.
  • I am clicking Auto-update apps.
  • Choose one of the automatic update options shown on the screen; Where you can choose to update apps only via the available Wi-Fi network or choose to update apps using any Wi-Fi network or connection data.

 

Manually update Android applications.

The following are the steps to update the applications installed on the Android device manually:

  • Open the Google Play Store app.
  • Click on the three lines icon on the store screen.
  • It is clicking the “Update All” button to update all applications that need to update via the Android device. You can also edit a specific application by clicking on the “Update” option that appears next to that application.
